A quick, simple and scrumptious dessert to enjoy this summer!
Portion for one.
1 Nectarine, cut in half.
2-3 tbsp kefir. (Yoghurt)
6 almonds, crushed.
- Put a griddle pan on high heat.
- Place nectarine face down on griddle pan (it may stick so you may need to move it around). Leave on for 5-7 mins.
- Place face up on plate, dollop on the yoghurt in the centre and sprinkle on the almonds. And voila, delicious, enjoy!
