Want to find a healthy replacement to mashed potatoes?
This was really delicious
Ingredients:
1 broccoli head, cut off the stems
3 leeks, sliced
1.5 litre boiling water
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
Procedure:
- Boil the water in a large pot.
- Place the slices of leek in the boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Drain the water out.
- Add the sesame oil and soy sauce and cook on high for 2 minutes.
- Serve!!
