One of the main reasons I love summer mornings or weekend mornings is that I spend more time to enjoy the morning! These fruit bowls are everything, they are great for a morning dose of vitamins whilst the yogurt giving it an indulgent texture, mmmm. I am a soy yogurt fan at the moment with lovely fresh berries. One fruit I can never have enough of is green apples, I love the sourness! I do like to mix up the fruits I put in my morning bowl depending on the season. What is your favourite season? I do love autumn, my favourite part of autumn is decorating for Halloween!
I am also a big fan with an extra dose of vitamins from a fresh fruit and vegetable juice. I know some may be an interesting mix but I think they are perfect for the morning, I always feel great afterwards.
